The following shows you the 16 different kinds of bets that you can make. These 16 bets are split up into 2 basic groups; the inside bets and the outside bets. The outside bets are named like that because you will find them on the outside of the board, The inside bets are named so because they are found on the inner number.

Inside bets
There are 6 different types of inside bets.

1. Straight Bets- A straight bet is when you bet on any single number from 1- 36, zero and double zero. You can make as many of these wagers as you wish but only one number can be chosen per spin. The payout is 36:1

2. Split bet- This is when you bet on 2 numbers at a time to win. simply enough the payout is 17:1.

3. Trio Bet- Same as the slpit and straight bet except you get to choose 3 numbers to win with a payout of 11:1.

4. Corner Bet - Again, now you choose 4 numbers to win. This is called the corner bet because you place you poker chip in between 4 boxes in which the chip will sit on corners. The payout is 8:1.

5. Five Number Bet - This is a little less straight forward. This bet has to be made on a certain 5 numbers; zero, double zero, 1, 2, 3. The payout is 6:1.

6. Six Number Bet - Choose any 6 consecutive number for this bet. if anyone of them is landed on you win. The payout is 5:1

Outside Bets
There are 5 different types of outside bets. The payouts are a lot lower but you will win more often.

1. Odd And Even Numbers - This is simply when betting on even or odd numbers on the wheel. You lose on zero and double zero. The payout is 1:1.

2. Black And Red Numbers - when you bet on all numbers in of a certain color. You lose on zero and double zero. The payout is 1:1.

3. High Or Low - This is when you bet on either every number from 1-18 or every number from 19-36. You also lose here with zero and double zero. The payout is 1:1.

4. The dozens - Here you can bet on a dozen numbers at a time.. The first of whcih is 1-12, the second set is 13-24, and the third is 25-36. You lose on zero and double zero. The payout for this is 2:1.

5. Column Bets - You place your betting chip on the bottom of any column marked 2:1. This allows you to win if any of those numbers are hit. You lose with zero and double zero. The payout is 2:1.

As you can see all the bets are pretty straight forward and eas to understand so yo will never be confused at that rouletter table ever again. Now you can go out and place a bet and feel confident that you know the odds of your return. With this you can understand you chances of winning based on the payout. none of these bets are below 50% because of the zero and double zero but they do come close. If you play on a european board your odds are raised because you have no double zero.
